.) Tell us your WHY - why are you in the industry of fitness and why did you want to become a Personal Trainer? Fitness has personally changed my life for the better and to be able to help others understand that and achieve their goals is amazing to me.

.) How did you get started with Personal Training? One of my best friends has been a trainer for a little over 7 years, and to watch the way he has impacted the people around him, I knew immediately that’s what I wanted to do!

.) What is your experience in Personal Training (length of time) and what is your expertise or speciality if applicable? I have been a trainer for just about 2 years now and my specialty I would have to say is building muscle and toning up!

.) What types of clients have you seen the best results with? Any type of client with motivation is all I need, we can take care of the rest!

.) What is your expertise // knowledge in nutrition? Nutrition is the hard part, but nutrition is mandatory if you want to see the best results. I always give my clients nutritional advice that will match their goals!

.) What do you love to do in your free time? Ironically, my favorite thing to do in my free time is go to the gym. Bodybuilding and hanging with Family and Friends are key to me!

.) What is your favorite mantra? “If you're serious about changing your life, you will find a way. If not, you’ll find an excuse”

.) How do you practice Balance (Fitness Balanced) in your lifestyle? I try to keep my lifestyle at 80/20, 80 percent strict and 20 percent fun. That’s where I personally feel best about myself!

.) What are your certifications and are you pursuing any currently or in the future? I am currently ISSA Certified, and I plan to get my NASM certification within the next year!
